This project comprises an eight acre brownfield regeneration site, situated directly to the south of Newcastle Central Station in a conservation area, accommodating five Grade II listed buildings and the area where Robert Stephenson developed his works to build the Rocket steam locomotive. Space Group was appointed to provide masterplanning, urban design and full architectural design of the £150m project.

The project includes 35,000 sq ft of Grade A commercial office space, with retail shops at ground floor and underground car parking.
