Liam and Rob joined SPACE in 2019 and have since acquired their Part 3 qualification and architect titles.
Reflecting on his experience, Liam said,"It's been a long journey to get to this point, with a combined ten years of university study and practical experience, but I'm excited to hold the title of architect finally. As part of the process, we have been encouraged to reflect critically on our education and practical experience. Furthermore, we were made to identify 'gaps' in our knowledge and try to address these. I've been really fortunate to have had a great amount of support from within the practice to help me achieve the qualification."
Rob added,"It has been a struggle at times balancing study, work and family life in fulfilling my long-term dream of becoming an architect. The great support received from colleagues, and the proactive learning environment at SPACE has eased this. A credit to the graduate programme delivered at the practice, I felt prepared to take a leap onto the Part 3 course. Since joining the SPACE family, I've gained invaluable experience in delivering key UK construction projects and developed my keen interest in education and residential."
Congratulations, Liam and Rob, from everyone at SPACE.
