Stockbridge Car Park

Part of the £50m regeneration of Trinity Gardens, Stockbridge car park is situated on a brownfield city centre site, forming a focal point to Newcastle’s quayside.  The 500 space multi storey car park is situated on a steeply sloping site and succeeded in providing access for those at city level and quayside level, with dual entrances providing full access and connecting two disparate parts of the city.

The building also provides space for shops and restaurants within vast sweeping steel arches that emulate the Victorian main north line railway arches in the city, as well as two floors of prime commercial space offering south facing views of the iconic Tyne Bridge.
